Terms and conditions of the special offer "UMC letter with care"

2.1. Letter with Care No. 1 — "Health Check-up at UMC Clinic in Lisbon" (hereinafter, the "Check-up").
2.2. Letter with Care No. 2 — "Online Consultation" (hereinafter, the "Online Consultation").

3.1. Upon purchase of Letter of Care No. 1, the Buyer shall be entitled to receive:

• one Online Consultation included in the Check-up price (standard price from € 95);
• a personalized greeting card addressed to the recipient, comprising:

• a photograph provided by the Buyer; and
• an audio message submitted by the Buyer to the Organizer in advance.
The Buyer may elect to decline the card or any of its individual components;

• delivery of Letter with Care No. 1 to the address provided by the Buyer;
• an electronic version of the greeting card, delivered to the Buyer on the date of purchase or, at the latest, on the following calendar day.

3.2. The Check-up and the Online Consultation may be designated for different recipients. The Online Consultation may be utilized by the recipient irrespective of their geographic location, provided that such utilization does not contravene the telemedicine regulations of the recipient’s country of residence.

4.1. Upon purchase of Letter with Care No. 2, the Buyer shall be entitled to receive:

• an electronic version of a personalized greeting card; and
• an electronic version of the materials accompanying the gift.

4.2. Such materials shall be delivered to the Buyer via email or through messaging platforms, including but not limited to WhatsApp and Telegram.

5.1. The price of the Offer shall depend on the selected Check-up or Online Consultation. Current prices are published on the official website umedclinic.pt/price and shall be confirmed by the clinic manager at the time of program selection.
5.2. Prices are fixed and shall not be subject to unilateral modification by the Organizer.

6.1. The Offer shall be valid until January 10, 2026, inclusive.
6.2. Services included in the Offer shall be redeemable within one (1) year from the date of purchase.

7.1. The composition of Check-up programs shall be determined from the Organizer’s existing programs.
7.2. Selection of an appropriate program shall be conducted in consultation with the clinic manager.
7.3. The price of each Check-up is fixed and non-negotiable.
7.4. The composition of Check-up programs is not subject to alteration.
7.5. The Online Consultation shall be provided by a clinic specialist selected by the Buyer from the list of available specialists.

All official communications regarding the selection of Check-ups and Online Consultations shall be conducted via the clinic’s official WhatsApp account or via direct messages on UMC’s official Instagram account.

9.1. The nominal value of services included in the Letter with Care shall not be redeemable for cash.
9.2. Purchased Online Consultations, Check-ups, and any services included therein are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Offer by publishing updated information on UMC’s official resources.
10.2. Any amendments shall not affect Check-ups or Online Consultations already purchased by the Buyer.
