The staff is extremely polite and accommodating. This is my second visit at the clinic and from the doctor to the staff and environment- everything was excellent. On my first visit I arrived early for my appointment and the doctor checked me right away. They also overheard us talking about coffee and offered us some.

I was able to book an appointment online, which is a huge plus — no need to call and wait. The doctor immediately suggested doing the tests the same day, without referrals or bureaucracy. I spoke in English, everything was clear and straightforward, no misunderstandings.

I had a fantastic experience! Dr Maria Vincente is amazing! Answered all my questions and doubts. The scan was very comfortable to my surprise as I was already expecting the worst haha! The ladies at the reception were welcoming and the environment makes you feel warm and cared for. Thank you so much, I am very happy.

I really liked that the clinic speaks different languages — I spoke in English, but I also heard that they help in Russian and Spanish. It immediately takes away the stress when you go to the doctor in a foreign country. I booked online in just a couple of minutes, and the next day I already had an appointment. For Portugal, that speed is just incredible.
